Returns

As many of our products are printed to order or produced in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the problem and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect, email us at bycourtneyjade@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order under applicable consumer protection laws.

Please note that this right does not apply to personalised, custom-made, or made-to-order products where an exemption applies under consumer legislation.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
